14 year old Danny has the worst day of his life. Seeking solace, his uncles pay him a visit and share their own tales of misfortune. Uncle Pepe recounts his prom night, when he bravely attended the event without a date. Not to be outdone, the flamboyant Uncle Lucky regales the group with the infamous green mole story. As the uncles' stories unfold, young Danny finds the courage to open up and share his own personal journey through puberty.

Dia de los Muertos, the Day of the Dead, on this day the spirits of loved ones returned to the world of the living. Love is eternal, a bond that transcended death and time, and on this Day they had been reunited, if only for a fleeting moment, to celebrate that love once more. For on Dia de los Muertos, love was eternal, and spirits returned to remind us of the bonds that hold us together, even in death.

A SCI-FI ghetto nerd lives happily in his fantasy world, until his gangsta cousin gives him a hard dose of Street life.
Two cousins Joey and Tank work at the neighborhood stereo shop. Joey falls in love with the Persian owners daughter, and Tank gets them caught up in a drug deal gone wrong.

A father passes on the tradition of Dia de los muertos to his son. The film is in Spanish and English, we chose to use both to us it is not what language you speak but what the message is. Some traditions never die.

We collaborated with Summit Hats and Danny to bring this vision to life. We were able to show the beauty, strength and creativity of the Chicano culture. Our images honor the past and present day of the culture. We honored Danny's career in the film industry.
